Add These 3, Remove These 3: The Proven Formula to Get The Life And Women You Really Want

About this episode

In this episode of The Unapologetic Man Podcast, host Mark Sing lays out the exact formula for a happier life and better luck with women, and it starts with a hard truth: your own mindset might be the thing standing in your way.

Constantly complaining, getting defensive over every small thing, always wanting more, these feel completely normal, but Mark explains how these mental behaviors can sabotage your quality of life and success, and gives you smart ways to correct these negative mental behaviors to dramatically improve your quality of life.

Key Takeaways:

  • Why complaining only brings you more of what you're complaining about

  • Why letting go of the need for people to be perfect, even by a little, saves your relationships and your sanity

  • Why wanting more all the time is the real source of unhappiness, not the solution to it

  • The daily practice that replaces complaining with real contentment

  • Why chasing goals from ego never satisfies, and what to chase instead

If you were a kid who whined a lot and you were rewarded when you would whine, then you're going to become an adult and have the unconscious belief that when I complain about things, it's going to change. But we all know how this works. If you've been listening to me for any amount of time, you know that I'm a fervent believer in the law of attraction, which is the universe is a mirror. What you put out there comes back to you. So if you complain about something, the universe is like, okay, here's more to complain about.

You don't like the shitty situation. Here's more of it. The Unapologetic Man Podcast. So I got into a fight yesterday. Actually, it wasn't a fight. It was more like an argument, but it's going to be the basis for this episode. And if you clicked into this, I really respect you. I really appreciate that you're going to listen to these kinds of new life philosophies, because ultimately, brother, what do we all want? We want to be happy. We want to be at peace. We want to pull more girls.

But there's a problem that prevents us from being there. And that's going to be the basis of this episode. So the story. All right. So I take my friend, Lindsey, to the gun range yesterday. And the gun range is out in the mountains. It's called Devil Knows Gun Range. And it's kind of one of those ranges that's out in the mountains that's free. You don't have to pay. There's not always like a lot of people there. So we get up there and we get on the 50-yard range, which means you have 50 yards to shoot.

And there's a guy with his friend who's up on the 100-yard range. And it's just a couple steps that go up to that range. And it's important that you kind of know that dynamic to lay out the story. So I'm there with my friend. And she's banging, bro. Like, I'm not going to lie. She's a hot girl. And of course, she gets dressed up to go to the gun range, right? She wears the tight yoga pants. She's got the little crop top on. She's a smoke show.

So we get to the gun range and I'm teaching her how to shoot my muzzle loader. If you guys don't know what a muzzle loader is, it's one of those guns where you load it from the front, kind of like what they did in the Civil War, right? You need the ramrod and you shove it down. And it's super fun to shoot. If you've never done it before, I highly suggest it. So she wants to learn how to do that. So I take her to the range to teach her how to do that.

Well, we get there and I notice that homeboy up top is kind of sweating my friend. And I'm like, oh, of course, right? She's a hot girl. He's kind of sweating her. So I get out the muzzle loader. I lay it obviously pointing down range. I'm very cognizant of that. And about five minutes later, her and I are just talking. I'm telling her about some stuff. And out of nowhere, this guy's like, hey, watch out for your muzzle. And I was like, what? And when he says, watch out for your muzzle, it's basically like a thing where for you guys who don't know much about guns, it's where if you point your muzzle at somebody, even if the gun is unloaded, it's not a cool thing to do.

So you have muscle discipline. It's also called flagging. If like you sweep somebody with the muzzle of your gun, the front of the gun, people get pissed about it. And I get it, man. Nobody wants a gun pointed at them. But I'm extremely disciplined when it comes to my muzzle. And I would never fucking point it at another person. No way in hell. So this guy's like, hey, watch out for the muzzle. And the weird thing was, it was pointed down range for literally like five minutes.

Her and I were talking about some completely different shit. So in my mind, I'm kind of like, why is this guy accusing me of like flagging him with my muzzle? And I was like, what? What are you talking about? And he's like, you swept me with your muzzle. And I'm like, no, I didn't, bro. The gun's been sitting there for five minutes. What are you talking about? And he's like, you want me to show you what you did? And I'm like, yeah, come show me what I did, bro.

So he comes down the steps and he's like, may I touch your gun? And I'm like, no, just imitate what I did. And he's like, you guys pointed the gun at me. And I'm like, bullshit, brother. Bullshit. I know for a fact I didn't do that. And the reason I know this is because I used to hunt with a Marine. And I'll tell you, guys in the military are absolutely fanatics when it comes to muzzle control. I remember one time we were hunting and like, I guess I accidentally flagged him.

And he's like, don't fucking flag me. He like yelled at me. And I was like, whoa, Josh, do you calm down, bro? Sorry about that. And I'm very disciplined because of that. I don't want to be that guy, right? At the very most, what might have happened is my friend may have accidentally swept him, but we didn't sit there aiming at him. And that's what he said. He's like, you were aiming at me. I'm like, no, we weren't, bro. And I can tell, bro, just the way you're coming at me, you don't even really believe it.

So why don't you go back to your lane, Mr. Range Nazi, and go shoot your gun. Get out of here. Go on. Scurry along. So he goes back. And I could do that because I was bigger than the dude. And like, I had a hot girl with me who was clearly sweating. And I think the reason he did that is because obviously he wanted to meet my friend. I didn't call him out on that. But I was just like, dude, fuck off, bro. Like, you don't even know what you're talking about.

Now, here's the funny part of the story. And this is to demonstrate that I'm not perfect myself. I have a lot of issues with anger. I have a big anger problem. And I'm naturally very cynical. And that's what we're going to talk about today. And I want to kind of help you because I know you're probably the same way in some respects. And I want to kind of tell you how I've tried to train myself out of this because I think it's going to help you too.

But this is how angry I am, bro. And I like to show that I'm fallible too because, you know, it makes me seem more human. And I'm a guy just like you are trying to improve myself. We're all human. We all have issues. So the day goes on. He leaves the range. And I just mad dog him the whole time. I'm like, yeah, motherfucker, get out of here, right? And so whatever. The day goes on. Another guy was next to us. And he's like, dude, what was up with that guy?

And I'm like, I don't know, man. He's just insecure. He likes to feel like he's right, right? Like correcting people makes you feel right. So last night, I have a dream that I get in a fight with the guy. And this is so funny. This is such a testament how fucking angry I am. So in my dream, I go up to the 100-yard range. And I'm like, do you know Uma Plata or Americana? And he's like, yeah, I do jujitsu. So like we get into a jujitsu fight.

I get him on the ground. And I take his back. I get him in what's called a body triangle. Liam, you could throw up a picture of what that looks like. And I get him in a rear naked choke. And I yell at him. And this is the funny part. I yell at him. And I'm like, you don't know jujitsu. You're just a white belt. And then I choke him out. It's just funny to me how much anger I have inside of me. And that's why I want to record this is because I need this too, right?

I try to better myself. I try to train. So everything I'm going to tell you today, I tell myself because I need this probably more than you do. But I think you're going to benefit from it too. So the first thing we have to understand and the first thing we need to take away is complaining. And a lot of us do it even unconsciously. And a lot of the things that we complain about are things that are completely out of our control, right? Like politics, the weather, something a family member is doing, something that annoys us.

And we believe that complaining will change the situation. Why do we believe that? Because there's an unconscious belief that's installed in you when you're a baby. When you're a baby, if you cry, if you complain, if you whine, and if your parents accidentally placated that kind of behavior, particularly with whining, if you were a kid who whined a lot and you were rewarded when you would whine, then you're going to become an adult and have the unconscious belief that when I complain about things, when I lament about how something isn't the way I want it to be, it's going to change.

You literally have the unconscious belief that my negativity into the situation is going to change it. But we all know how this works. If you've been listening to me for any amount of time, you know that I'm a fervent believer in the law of attraction, which is what you focus on expanse. The universe is a mirror. What you put out there comes back to you. So if you complain about something, the universe is like, okay, here's more to complain about. You don't like the shitty situation.

Here's more of it. You don't like this weather, the politics, the apartment you live in, whatever it is. I'm going to give you more shitty situations because that's what you're telling me. That's what you are. That's the energy you're putting out there. What I always say is this. Complaining is literal suicide of your desires. If you complain, you're going to get more of what you're complaining about. So we're going to take out complaining. We're removing that. And I really want you to focus on this. Brother, from this day forward, no more fucking complaining.

Can you make that promise to me right now? And most importantly, promise yourself that no matter what happens, I am not going to complain. Guys, believe me, as I just demonstrated, I'm a cynical, naturally angry person. Marissa, my woman, always says, the first emotion Mark always feels is anger and frustration. It's true. It's one of my big fallibilities. But I've identified it and I've worked really hard to fix it where I am not going to complain about anything. If situation annoys me, it is what it is.

I'm focusing on what's right, not always focusing on what's wrong. And that's what we're adding in there. We are going to focus on what is good in your life because, brother, you have so many good things. And even in a shit sandwich situation, do you want it on bread or do you want it toasted? It's a shit sandwich. You're going to eat it anyway. You have to focus on what's good about the situation because, as they always say, and as cliche as it is, every cloud has a silver lining.

There's always something good to focus on. So in that shooting range situation, right, like that guy kind of pissed in my river, but I was quickly like, whatever, man, that's his issue. He's insecure or maybe he wanted to meet my friend or there's some issue about him where his ego needs to make him feel right, where he needs to feel better than the guy with the hot girl, whatever it is. Go back to your lane, bro. Me and my friend are going to concentrate on the muzzleloader and we had a great fucking time.

Yet a lot of us will let that situation really boil our blood and we'll focus on it and we'll be like so negative because partially we want to feel right. And I get it. I did it too, right? Like I wanted to feel right. I wanted to punk him a little bit. I'm like, go back to your lane, bro. Go back to whence you came, range Nazi. And that's what I call them. I'm like, get back over there, range Nazi. We all have that. We all want to feel right.

But when you have to feel right over situations or somebody's behavior or politics and you start letting it bring your state down, that's where the issue is. So instead, you need to focus on what's going right in your life. Even in, again, that shit sandwich situation, there's always something to learn from it. There's always positives from it. There's always something good in every single situation. And maybe the whole reason you manifested that bad situation is that so you can prove to the universe that you're no longer going to dwell on it, you're no longer going to get sucked into negativity, and then watch what happens.

Those negative situations will stop coming. You guys have all seen a really negative person. Look at their face. Their face almost looks like it's like stone or it's been weathered or it's just constantly resisting the flow of life. Whatever it comes, it just has resistance. And you can picture somebody like this. When I picture it, I always picture a guy with like a really long goatee that's like graying, and he just has wrinkles all over his face. And you could just tell through his whole life, he's just been resisting, resisting, resisting, complaining.

When you resist, it literally starts etching into your face. Can you guys picture this guy? And if you have a goatee, I apologize. It's just the kind of guy that I picture. Just an angry guy who's resisting the flow of life. He's swimming upstream. He's going against the current, complaining about everything. Guys, complaining will never change anything. It doesn't change anything. And eventually, you just need to get to the point where you accept it the way it is. And I talked about this in a recent episode.

I'm not going to dwell too much on it. But there's three things you can do in any situation, right? You could either accept it, which is what I was just talking about. You can make moves to change it, such as if that toxic person is in your life, then just remove yourself from that person. Or number three is complain about it, never change it, and then it just fucking ruins you. It ages you. It brings down your energy field. Girls get less attracted to you. You either accept it or change it.

That's the only option. And for God's sakes, stop complaining about those things that you can't change. Just accept it. There's annoying people. There's annoying situations. I get it. Your ego will oftentimes want to feel so right, feel so above other people, that it'll make you miserable in the process. Drop that shit, brothers, because it is absolutely deteriorating your peace, happiness, and, by the way, your attractiveness to women. What woman wants to be with a negative, cynical, poor me victim? That's not masculine. That's weakness. Strength is being able to see the good in things.

Weakness is dwelling on what's wrong. It's so easy to dwell on what's wrong. It's so easy to complain. It's so easy to feel like a victim and be like, oh, nothing ever works out for me, man. It's weakness incarnate, so we're dropping that. Yes, life is hard, but there's also lots of good. It's not just one way or the other. It's not all good. It's not all bad. It's both. It's the duality, the whole reason we're here. Focus on what's good because there's so much good.

Yeah, there's a lot of bad, but there's a lot of good too. Focus on that. Number two, and this is so important, boys. For a lot of you guys, you really need to hear this, and I did too. Let go of cynical superiority. Cynical superiority means that you feel you are superior to other people because of your cynicism, because you see what they're doing wrong. You see how they're stupid. You see how you're right. They're wrong. Everybody else is a moron. You're the one dude who everybody should be like, right?

And we all believe that. We all believe our way is the best way. We don't like to accommodate or even give space for other people's opinions, for other people's beingness, what they do, what they're into. We're always like, oh, that guy's a fucking idiot. And this especially happens, boys. Please listen closely. This is so true for a lot of you. A lot of us, including me, have struggled with women, so we start to believe that we are superior to women and that women are less than us.

They're fucking crazy. They're emotional. They don't make sense. I don't need them anyway. And this, I believe, is the whole mentality behind the men going their own way movement. We don't need chicks. I'm just going to be alone for the rest of my life. Bullshit, boys. We are here to pair bond. We are here to be a father. We are here to have children and raise them. I'm going to tell you something. I have been with some of the hottest chicks in the world. I have had some of the most insane fucking experiences with women.

Sexual experiences, experiences in nightclubs, girls chasing me and waiting to talk to me. I'm not trying to brag. I'm trying to tell you that compared to that, having a kid and raising her to be a good fucking person is 100x more satisfying than all those experiences I had with women. Now, don't get me wrong, though, dude. Those experiences with women were fucking awesome. And I think that you guys need to have those too. From abundance, pick your queen, right? Because we want the best chick possible.

But when you believe that you are better than women because women have rejected you and the only way your ego can repackage it to make it acceptable to you is to think to yourself, well, I'm better than them. They're fucking idiots. I'm going my own way. I don't need them anyway. That's cynical superiority. And all it ever leads to is suffering. Look, I get it. Other people, including women, are oftentimes extremely annoying. I mean, I love women. I see the good in them. But yeah, dude, they can be pretty fucking annoying sometimes.

I get it. But if you've been rejected by them, to reframe it in your mind that they are less than you or they are somehow crazy and stupid and you don't want them anyway, it's just a defense mechanism. It's cynical superiority. We want to replace that with what I call 93% is perfection. This is a concept I did a podcast about probably like two years ago where I talked about, listen, when it comes to human beings, nobody is perfect. Everybody is going to annoy you. Yes, boys.

Even my woman, Marissa, annoys me sometimes. We're getting a little bit older. We're in our 40s. She's not as hot as she used to be. But 93% of her is perfect. And that's what I accept. I accept that there is no such thing as complete perfection. This is earth, man. There's imperfection built into the design. So if you can get up to 93% of somebody who you're going to pair bond with who's like 93% perfect, man, that's a huge win. I personally believe like with friends and other people, if I can get to 75%, like three fourths of them are dope and 25% of them kind of annoys me.

We don't really click. I'm good with that. I accept that. And when it comes to the rest of the people in the world, I get it, boys. They're fucking annoying. I get it. I have daydreamed many times of being in traffic and having an F-16 come in and just wipe out all the cars in front of me. I'm with you. But Jean-Paul Satter said, hell is other people. If you buy into that belief system, you are going to be fucking miserable. So here's the way I reframe it in my mind.

And maybe you can try this on too. First of all, it takes all kinds to make a world. If everybody was like you, brother, which I know is what you want, this would be a pretty damn boring world, wouldn't it? Secondly, it takes other people to make roads. It takes other people to make the hobbies that you're really into. It takes other people to produce the food that you eat. And furthermore, and I always concentrate on this, all these annoying people that piss me off, if it weren't for all them, we wouldn't have all these hot girls in the world.

They wouldn't be procreating and creating all these amazing people. Your best friend came from people who will probably annoy you. And that's the whole silver lining around the cloud kind of thing. Yeah, other people can be annoying, but they can be great too. Your best friend, all the great experiences you've had, all the great interactions you've had. But I mean me, right? I know a lot of you guys don't always agree with everything I say, but do you agree with maybe 75% of what I say? That's a pretty good result, wouldn't you agree?

I put out free content. I try to be there for my guys. Like you and I would probably be friends if we lived next to each other, wouldn't you agree? Well, I was created by some annoying damn people, believe me. My parents and brother drive me fucking crazy. But it's that looking at the positive in what are seemingly negative situations and getting rid of that cynical superiority. There is always something good out of it. And you have to focus on those good things. Otherwise, here's the person you're going to make miserable yourself.

It's not worth it, man. Like drop that shit. Those who live in the past die in the past. And every wrongdoing that was done to you, people stabbed you in the back, girls rejected you, whatever it is that you're lamenting on, drop it, brother. How do you drop it? The same way you drop a heavy sack of potatoes. You just say to yourself, I'm not carrying this anymore, man. Today's the first day of the rest of my life. And I'm focusing on what's ahead of me.

What happened in the past, it sucked. Believe me, it sucked. But I learned a lot from it, didn't I? I became better from it, didn't I? So take that and drop the rest, man. That person who stabbed you in the back, that girl that rejected you, forgive them. Let them go, dude. It's just eating you up inside. And number three, boys, and this is probably going to be the most controversial one. Some of you guys won't agree with it, but hear me out. You need to be happy with less.

Now, this doesn't mean lower your expectations. This doesn't mean accept a life that isn't up to your standards. Because what do I teach? I'm a self-development coach. I'm all about getting to the next level, climbing that mountain, getting there. But when your desires supersede what's actually reality, that's where suffering comes in. Where you are now compared to where you want to be is the pain gap. So think about that. You're here now and you have all these insatiable desires. I need this to be this way and that to be that way.

I need this person to behave like this and me to have this much money, this many chicks. This fill in the blank, that is the pain gap. You have all these desires, but you're not able to fulfill them. So you're constantly miserable. And a lot of us, and I want you to really be honest with yourself. Do you do this? A lot of us use the present moment as a means to an end. Once I get there, then I can be happy. Once I arrive to this point, then I can be at peace.

Guys, a lot of people spend their entire lives in that mentality. Using the present moment is just a stepping stone in order to get to a different future because the present moment is not satisfying to you. Why? You're focusing on what's negative. You're not focusing on what you have. You're not being appreciative for all the amazing things that surround you. I talk about this all the fucking time, so I'm not going to dwell on it. But the thing you need to add when you take away expecting so much is appreciation.

You need to be appreciative for all the things around you, and it needs to be a daily practice. Thank you for my bed. Thank you for my shower. Thank you for my fucking heated toilet seat. You guys ever have a heated toilet seat? I just got a bidet installed after eight months of resisting it from my girlfriends. They're like, you have to get a bidet, dude. And I'm like, fuck no, dude. I'm not French. I'm not having a tower of water blast out my butthole. Ain't happening.

So they finally bought me one, dude. They bought me one. It is the greatest thing I've ever experienced. As embarrassing as it is, boys, it's the greatest thing. Get a bidet, especially the heated toilet seat. When you sit down, it's like nice and warm, and you're like, this French thing really is luxury up in this place. I highly suggest it. It's those things that you can be appreciative for. So we actually want to want less. And I know, again, that goes against the American dream. But why do you want so much shit, bro?

Do you really need that thing that you're pying after? Or is it to prove that you're enough? Or is it to prove to somebody else that you're successful? Do you really need all those hot girls? Like, why do you need that, right? Now, again, I suggest you go build that skill set so you can pick your queen. But there's still guys in the pickup space. Mystery, for example. The guy's like 55, just girl after girl after girl. And he's saying he wants to pick his queen. But I think he's trying to fill a void that was unfulfilled by either his childhood or something he didn't work on.

Same thing happened to me, man. That's the reason I feel confident to say that. I just wanted to be loved. I wanted to prove that I was enough. Because my first girlfriend cheated on me. So it was just girl after girl after girl. And had I not worked on myself and figured out my own mentality, I'd still be doing that today. But now I'm married. I have a beautiful wife, a beautiful kid. Yeah, I still go out and talk to chicks. I still have hot girlfriends.

I love being surrounded by beautiful women. I do. But I don't need to prove anything. I don't need more of that. And when girls throw themselves at me, I could be like, no, dude, I have honor for my woman, honor for my wife, because I got that shit out of my system. So being happy with less, and we could even look at marriage as less. I could be out there playing the field, having sex with as many girls as possible as I used to do. But ultimately, that's unfulfilling because just more, more, more, more, more, and the ego is never satisfied.

Here's the ego. As a guy who's achieved a lot in his life, here's what the ego does. The ego says, yes, but yeah, it's great. I got all these girls, but I want more, dude. It's great. I've made all this money in this business, but I want more. I don't have that much money. That guy with the private jet, I don't have that much money. Or my girlfriend wasn't that hot. You know who's one of the most miserable people I've ever seen? Dan Bilzerian. Guy has everything, all the chicks, all the money, the yacht, the jet skis, the anything he wants.

Yet he's miserable. Why? Because just more, more, more, and you never get fulfilled with that. The way to be happy is to accept what you have, focus on what you have, be appreciative for what you have, want what you have. When's the last time you did that? Remember that awesome thing that you have that you wanted at one time? Why don't you want that anymore? Why is it not as valuable anymore in your perception? Because you've already achieved it and the ego just wants more and more and more.

It has a voracious appetite that's never fulfilled. So instead, we need to back down and appreciate those little moments, those little things like having my daughter come up and hug me. Guys, again, I've been through amazing situations. I've made tons of money in this business. Everything has gone perceptually right for me, according to the American dream. But hugging my little girl is the best thing I will ever experience. And that doesn't require anything but just me showing up as a father and me loving my family.

And again, it always comes down to love, doesn't it? That's always the answer. Here's the secret of life, boys. If you really want the secret of life, in every situation, ask yourself, what would love do now? Now, I didn't do that with the guy at the gun range. And because of that, I had like a really horrible, although pretty funny dream last night. So it's all about stepping back, appreciating what we have, taking a moment to actually smell the flowers by the wayside, as they say, right?

Look how much you have, man. I mean, come on. You either live in America, Canada, or England, Australia. I have a few listeners from all other parts of the world that are more like third country places. But ultimately, we have it pretty fucking good. So the secret is very simple. Focus on what you have. Focus on what's good. Don't focus on what's bad. Don't need people to change. Accept the world as it is in many ways. And if you can't accept the situation, then change it.

Otherwise, you're just creating suffering for yourself. And finally, boys, what do I think about going after goals and striving and trying to get better? I fully support it. I mean, that's what I do. I'm a coach, but it has to be in line with your passions. It can't be done because you need to prove something to either yourself or to other people. It has to be because that's what you really want. Do you want the highest quality wife possible? Yes, you do. Then go through the phase of having lots of sex with different hot girls, experiencing different kind of women so that from abundance, you could pick your queen.

So I always say, follow your passions. And when you do have a goal, really look at it and ask yourself, am I trying to prove something here or is this something I really want to achieve? Because achieving it, the whole journey will be enjoyable. Just like this podcast, man. I always knew I wanted to be a dating coach. I always knew I wanted to talk about this shit. It just had to come out of me. So yes, the money, the success, the popularity, that's great. But ultimately, I went for it because that's my passion.

And ultimately, I went for it because of love. Loving on you guys. Loving on my clients, man. Trying to show you what I've learned to better your life. There's nothing more satisfying than a happy client or an email even from a listener that says, dude, your podcast has really changed my life. Thank you, man. That's why I do this shit. So follow your passion. Set goals. But make sure they're in line with what you really want to do because that's your spirit talking to you. That's your passion.

That's your bliss. Not because you need more, because the ego is never satisfied. And for God's sakes, boys, stop fucking complaining. Stop being negative. Stop the cynical superiority. And actually, with that, let's go over them. So first thing you want to do is drop complaining. Second thing you want to do is focus on what's going right. Focus on what's good. Number two, let go of what I call cynical superiority and stop demanding that people be different from what they are. That's the hardest part. And instead, accept people.

With the woman you choose, 93% is perfection. With the friends you choose and people around you, 75% is perfection. Anything below that, remove yourself from the situation. Or accept it. It takes all kinds to make a world. And remember, all the hot girls out there, they're there because of other people. So remember that. And number three, boys, be happy with less. This doesn't mean settle. This means lower your expectations a little bit. Manage your desires. Why is the whole premise of Buddhism to get rid of desires? Because desires create suffering.

So lower them a little bit, bro. I know we have the American dream, but it's way, way overinflated. People expect way too much. You're not better than somebody who has a simple life. Maybe they've just learned how to be happy with less. Some of the happiest people in the world don't have much, right? Because they focus on what's important. And lastly, guys, and the bonus one, follow your passions. Yes, let's go get girls. Yes, let's try to grow. Yes, let's try to be the best we are.

But have that come from a place of enthusiasm, abundance, not a place of I need more to prove something or I need more because I have this illusion that a future reality will solve the suffering I'm going through today in order to achieve it. That's an illusion. And oftentimes that illusion comes with the quote unquote American dream. So guys, I hope this has helped you. I too need to work on this. So this was cathartic for me as well. I'm going to listen to this many times to remind myself, man, be appreciative.

Stop fucking complaining. Stop thinking that you're better than other people because it just creates suffering. And I hope it works for you as well.
