This Privacy Policy explains how Figure 4 Publishing LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the company behind Coach Mark Sing and The Unapologetic Man Podcast, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit coachmarksing.com (the “Website”), apply for coaching, contact us, or buy one of our programs. By using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Use.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you apply for coaching, contact us, sign up for a masterclass, or make a purchase, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, age, city and state, profession, how you heard about us, and your answers to our questions. Some application questions ask about your dating life, beliefs, and goals. Please only share what you are comfortable sharing.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you bought, what you paid, and any payment plan you are on.

Coaching information. If you join a coaching program, we keep records needed to coach you, such as your intake forms, weekly surveys, homework progress, notes, and recordings of group coaching calls (see the “Privacy” section of our Terms of Use).

Information collected automatically. When you use the Website, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the Website running, secure, and free of spam, and to count visits so we can see which pages people find useful. Visit counts don’t use cookies and don’t store your IP address.

Cookies

The Website uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work, for example to keep a form secure and to keep our staff signed in to their accounts. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Some pages include content from other services, such as YouTube videos or podcast audio hosted by Libsyn, and those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To review your application and decide whether our coaching is a good fit
• To contact you by email or phone about your application, your consultation, your purchase, or your coaching, including emails that are sent automatically
• To deliver our coaching programs, masterclasses, and other products
• To process payments and run payment plans you have agreed to
• To answer your messages and provide support
• To improve the Website, our content, and our programs
• To prevent fraud and spam, and to meet our legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people and companies who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Our team members who handle applications, sales, and coaching
• Our website hosting provider
• Stripe, to process payments
• Google (Gmail), which we use to send and receive email
• Services we use to deliver coaching, such as Zoom and a private Facebook group for clients

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Testimonials

If you give us a testimonial or review, we may publish it as described in our Terms of Use, with your name and face hidden unless you give us permission otherwise.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while your application is being considered, while you are a client, and afterwards for our business, tax, and legal records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted staff access, and a payment processor that meets card-industry security standards. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

• Emails: You can stop promotional emails at any time by replying to let us know. We may still send emails about a purchase or coaching program you are in.
• Access, correction, and deletion: You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We may need to keep some information for legal or accounting reasons.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws. Contact us and we will help.

Adults Only

The Website and our programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
