So cognitive dissonance, some of you may have heard before, is a psychological term that basically says you will change your opinion about something based on your actions around that thing. If you could get a girl to comply in any way whatsoever, she will get cognitive dissonance convincing herself that she likes you more than she might actually like you. We want to shape behavior. We want to get her into a string of yeses. The more compliance you can get, the more you can get her saying yes to anything, the more chances you have of finally getting that dry as a bone, red-helmeted warrior in your pants into her squishminton.

The Unapologetic Man Podcast. What is up, gentlemen? Welcome to another episode of the UMP. Thank you so much for joining me today. If this is your first time listening, welcome. My name is Mark Sing. I am an NLP dating coach. NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. I'm the only coach that goes deep into the psychology of my clients' brains, removes bad belief systems, removes past traumas, and most importantly, instills massive confidence. This is why we have a 95% success rate. That's 19 out of 20 dudes who come through my program who absolutely 10X their results with women.

What could happen for you if you two were to join us? We are open. You could speak to me personally about whether or not this is a good fit for you and whether or not you're a good fit for us. But put in your application today because this will not be around forever, and I would love to meet you. Let's remap the belief systems inside your head so that you, too, can be an absolute girl magnet. All right, gentlemen, today we are going to talk about a concept called the string of yeses and how to weaponize what's called cognitive dissonance.

So cognitive dissonance, some of you may have heard before, is a psychological term that basically says you will change your opinion about something based on your actions around that thing. A very simple example is this. You're driving down the road and you see a snake in the middle of the road. Well, up until that moment, you absolutely hate snakes, but at the same time, you're a good person and you don't want to see that snake get killed. So what you do is you pull your car over, you grab a stick off the side of the road, and you huck that snake into the ditch with the stick, thus saving his life.

When you drive away due to the concept of cognitive dissonance, you will actually like snakes more than you did the moment before you stopped. Why is that? Because your beliefs about things have to match your actions around them. So the fact that you save the snake, you need to convince yourself subconsciously that you like snakes more than you might actually do to justify your actions. We will always change our attitudes to justify our actions. And most times, our actions create our attitudes rather than the other way around.

So, for example, if you have a belief system that says that you're terrible with women and one night you get lucky, and I hate that term, get lucky, because it demonstrates that she's the prize and we're not the prize. But let's say one night you get lucky, you will have to remap your belief systems inside your head that, hey, maybe I'm not as bad with women as I thought I was. Maybe I do have potential. And that's exactly why in NLP, we remap belief systems from the get-go because belief systems shape attitudes, attitudes shape results.

So if you believe that you're a girl magnet, you are going to behave differently, your voice will be different, you'll carry yourself differently, you'll speak to her like you are a girl magnet, and then the results will manifest out of it. So this concept of cognitive dissonance is so important when attracting women that I teach it to a very deep level in my three-month coaching program. We want to shape behavior. We want to get her into a string of yeses, and we want to quote-unquote weaponize cognitive dissonance, which I'll admit to you is more of just clickbait.

We don't really weaponize it, but what we do is we use it to our unfair advantage, getting her to shape her attitudes to comply with what we want and even to like us more. Here's another example. Let's say you meet a girl off Tinder, and she lives a half an hour away. Let me test you with a quick question. Do you think it's better that she drives down to you or you drive out to her? That's right. You're a smart motherfucker. The answer, of course, is that she drives out to you.

Why is that? Because every single minute that she's in her car driving out to you, what's she doing? She's putting forth effort, and she has to justify to herself why she's putting forth that effort. The reason, of course, is because she likes you more than she might have liked you before she got in her car and drove down there. Now, getting her to actually drive to you is a completely different episode, but if you could get a girl to comply in any way whatsoever, whether it's driving to you on a Tinder date for half an hour, whether it's making you dinner, or even something as simple as, hey, could you tap that guy on the shoulder right there?

I need to tell him something. If you could get her to comply, thus getting her into what I call the string of yeses, she will get cognitive dissonance, convincing herself that she likes you more than she might actually like you. Now, going back to the Tinder example, I know a lot of you guys were thinking this. What if she doesn't want to drive down there and she completely refuses? Can I drive up to her location? Yes, you can. But what you should always do is make it seem like you're going to be up there anyway.

Let's say you live in Denver and she lives in Fort Collins, which is an hour away. And you really want to see this chick because she's a bonafide dime piece and her meat curtain is the curtains to heaven itself. So you're justifying to yourself, well, how do I do it? The problem with most guys is that they will comply to women's demands because their dick is so dry it's going to audition for the next movie of Dune or the last time they got their dick wet was in the shower and they're so horny they'd fuck a snake if they could hold it straight.

So they will go drive that one-hour drive without properly explaining to her why they're doing it. You have to justify doing it. And what I always do is I say, I'm going to be up there anyway. So while I'm picking up that XYZ thing for my friend, let's go ahead and hang out. You never want to show a woman that you are willing to bend over backwards just to hang out with her because it shows low value. It shows you have few options. It shows low survivability, which of course is unattractive to women.

If on the other hand, you could get her to meet you halfway or better yet, drive all the way down to you, even better. I recorded a podcast maybe like two or three years ago, which was titled why you should get women to cook for you. Guys, if a woman cooks for you, you're probably getting laid. Why is that? Cognitive dissonance. She's putting in effort. She's really working hard to make you some dinner. So the whole time she's convincing herself, I really like this dude. So if you could convince a girl to cook for you, it's really powerful.

And I'd usually suggest doing it around the second or third date. So you guys go on two dates. The first two dates, say, for example, you plan, you execute. Then on the second date, you're like, hey, you know what? Do you cook? Because I absolutely love home cooking. What can you cook? And she's like, yeah, I actually make a pretty good lasagna. You'd be like, are you serious? I love lasagna. Do you seriously make that? Is it good? And she's like, yeah, it's really good. You'd be like, dude, you have to make that for me.

What are you doing this weekend? And she's like, I don't have any plans. You'd be like, all right, you make the lasagna. I'll bring the dessert. Since it's lasagna, I'll bring tiramisu and we will have a dinner. How's that sound? And she's like, okay, that sounds good. Dude, every minute she's cooking for you, cognitive dissonance. And we can even say you've weaponized that because you've put her in a situation where she's working for you and this goes into the string of yeses. The more compliance you can get, the more you can get her saying yes to anything, the more chances you have of finally getting that dry as a bone, red helmeted warrior in your pants into her squishminton so that you can have a festival in her vestibule, which I know is exactly what you want, brothers.

You have to weaponize that cognitive dissonance, getting her into a string of yeses. The string of yeses is exactly as it sounds. You want her saying yes to really small things and then you ramp up what you ask her with time. So say, for example, you meet a girl in a nightclub or a bar. Very simply, getting her to say yes to simply move a couple of feet is something I'll do to get that first yes. So I'll be like, hey, I'm kind of getting bumped around right here.

How would you feel about moving over to the bar? Now, moving a girl also works in the cognitive dissonance because it goes back to caveman times. I'm moving into this guy's location or I'm going with him somewhere, which throughout the majority of experience in the female lizard brain is dangerous. So if she says yes to that and trusts you enough to even move 10 feet, boys, and this is a huge strategy, by the way, to build attraction, moving the girl as little as five to 10 feet, she says yes to it, which begins the string of yeses.

It creates cognitive dissonance. Why am I moving to the bar with this guy? Even so small, boys, I'm telling you, this really works in the female mind. Why am I moving to the bar with this guy? Or why am I going to this guy's table, into his natural habitat, into his territory? Because I must like him. Then you get her to the bar and you're like, hey, could you turn around real quick and grab me one of those napkins right there? Thanks. Yeah, I appreciate it.

Actually, hey, grab me a lemon too. Yeah, thank you so much. I appreciate that. Bam, three yeses right there. Then a song comes on that you really like and you happen to be an epic swing dancer, the way your Uncle Mark's saying is, boys, do not sleep on swing dancing or salsa dancing or any dancing for that matter. Guys ask me all the time, where do I meet girls? Go to a fucking dance class, you idiot. That's like one of the best places to meet chicks.

So a song comes on that you really like, you're like, come on, let's go dance. She says yes to dancing. Then you lead her on the dance floor, which by the way, is one of the reasons dancing is so powerful is because you're leading her. You're getting her into her emotions and you're controlling that situation, leading her to where she wants to be led. Boys, do not pass up on dancing. It is some of the most powerful shit you could possibly do. So you're in the string of micro yeses, aren't you?

Then you ask her for her phone number and she says yes to that. And one thing I like to do that works into cognitive dissonance when I yank a phone number is I actually like to call her right there and then. And this goes back to an episode I recently dropped about three techniques to get a girl's phone number. I didn't mention this. And afterwards I was like, yo, I should have mentioned that. God damn it. I missed it. But here you go for you avid listeners.

This is for you. When you get her phone number, what I like to do is I like to call her right there and then. So say, for example, we do the example in that previous episode where we exchange phones. I put sex machine as my contact for her. I put Hurricane Ashley for her contact in my phone. Right after we exchange phone numbers, I'll call her. While it's ringing, she'll be like, oh, I'm getting a call. And I'll be like, go ahead and pick it up.

Go ahead and pick it up. And she's like, sex machine, what the hell? And I'm like, yeah, go ahead and pick it up. When she picks up, I'll be like, so hey, Kelly, I actually met this girl tonight. I think she's a little bit weird. I think she might be a stalker, Texas Ranger. Do you think I should hang out with her? And oftentimes what girls will do will be like, yeah, I think you should hang out with her. She's fun. She's funny. She's really a great time.

And I'll be like, really? You're sure she's a good time? She's not going to like bore me to tears. She's actually fun. And she'll be like, yeah, she's totally fun. What I'm doing there is getting her to sell herself to me, thus enacting cognitive dissonance, thus enacting the string of yeses. Yes, I'm going to give you my phone number. Yes, I'm going to pick up the phone when you call. Yes, I'm going to try to convince you to go out with me. Weaponizing the cognitive dissonance by getting her into the string of yeses.

And this continues on the date. Hey, let's go to this place over here. Sound good? Yes. Hey, do you want to meet there or do you want me to pick you up? Oh, I'd rather meet there. Okay, cool. Be there at 6 p.m. Okay? Yes. She shows up. What you do when you first arrive to a date with a girl is you always hug her to break the physical ice. And if it's a little awkward, you can even do a side hug. But I always suggest hugging her, her hugging you, a compliance test, her saying yes, another yes in the string of yeses, thus creating more cognitive dissonance.

Then you say, come on, let's go inside. Hey, let's sit over there. She says yes. Hey, do you want some wine? She says yes. Hey, let's get an appetizer. She says yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Getting her into that cognitive dissonance. Now, this also goes into a recent episode I did about speaking identity into women. What I'll often like to do is tell the girl how she is, get her to agree with it, thus compartmentalizing her into what she's agreed to because of cognitive dissonance.

Let me explain. I know we're about 15 minutes in. Some of you guys are getting a little bit tired, but stick with me. This is important. What you do is you make an assumption about her, a statement about her, telling her how you want her to be. For example, if you feel that she's really flaky, when she shows up on time, you'd be like, you know what I like about you? You seem to always come on time. You seem really reliable. Is that true? The second she says, yes, it's true, you have enacted the power of cognitive dissonance.

You've weaponized it, quote unquote. Now she's going to be on time from there on out. Because she believes that you believe that about her, that she's always on time. You could even say, hey, you're really loyal, huh? Like what you did for your friend there. You're a really loyal person, aren't you? And she's like, oh yeah, I'm super loyal. Now she's going to be loyal to you because you're weaponizing cognitive dissonance, putting her into the place you want her to be in. Now a lot of females are listening right now, getting butthurt, thinking that I'm using manipulation.

Girls, don't get it twisted. You could do this to dudes too. Hey, you're a really loyal guy, aren't you? You don't really like cheat on girls, do you? That's what I've heard about you. That's your reputation from our friends group. He's like, oh yeah, definitely. Dude, he's not going to go cheat on you. Because we will change our actions to meet other people's assumptions about us. We will change our actions to meet what we want them to think about us. So what you do is you make statements about how you want her to behave.

You're like, oh, you like to suck dick, don't you? Like every night before bed, you actually like to wake up guys with the sick duck, don't you? You like to wake them up with that. By the way, boys, if you don't know what sick duck is, switch the S and the D and you'll know all about it. And she's like, oh yeah, I love to wake up dudes with the sick duck. And you're like, oh yeah, dude, every morning. I'm just kidding, boys. But seriously, if you could get her to say yes to anything, to agree to how you want her behavior to be, she will continue to act that way due to cognitive dissonance.

And you could do this with children too. For those of you who are fathers like I am, I have a six-year-old little girl. What do you think I tell her all the time? Oh, wow, Lucia, you're really confident. Lucia, you're a really good person. Lucia, you take care of other people. Lucia, you're so honest. You never lie. What I'm doing is I'm shaping behavior for her benefit because I want her to be a good, effective, successful person. But by instilling confidence with cognitive dissonance, getting her to simply agree that she is confident, that she is a champion, that she is a good person, she's going to be that person.

I saw a kid wearing a shirt once that said, here comes trouble. And I turned to my woman, Marissa, and I was like, that's literally the worst thing you could do, is put a shirt on a kid that says, here comes trouble. The kid's going to be trouble now. He is going to have cognitive dissonance, assuming that's the way he should be because everybody expects for him to be that way. Mommy and daddy say he's trouble, so he should be trouble and he's going to be trouble.

The worst thing you could do. So what you do is you speak identity into these girls, you get them into a string of yeses, a bunch of compliance tests, getting them to say yes to small things at first and then bigger things as you go, stating things about their personality and getting them to agree with it, say, yeah, that is the way I am, to shape their behavior, and getting them to do things for you, which creates cognitive dissonance, which will make them more attracted to you.

Which is why when a girl makes you that fucking lasagna, you're getting your dick sucked that night, brothers, because of cognitive dissonance. So always think to yourself, how can I get her into a string of yeses? Small at first, things that are easy to say yes to, and then how can I ramp that up to get her to do what I want her to do? Also, how can I say how she is so that she will behave the way I want her to? If, for example, you think that she's really flaky and she's not going to show up on time, the best thing to do is to catch her doing something right, say that's how she is, saying, for example, you're reliable and you're always on time.

By the way, if you say it in an obvious way and she knows you're bullshitting her, you could get caught out. But let's say, for example, you know she's flaky, what you do is you catch her doing something reliable and you say, you know what? I like that about you. You're reliable. If she agrees with it, cognitive dissonance is enacted. You have weaponized that dissonance. She's going to behave that way from that point forward. And lastly, boys, a little NLP secret here. You could actually use this on yourself.

Tell yourself how you are. Convince yourself that's the way you should be and you will behave that way because of cognitive dissonance. If you think that you're a champion and a hard worker and a go-getter, that's exactly what you're going to be, that's your identity. So create an identity that produces the result that you want, which, by the way, is exactly what we do in my three-month coaching program. We remap the identity inside our clients' heads with neuro-linguistic programming so that they become a girl magnet because they believe they're a girl magnet.

And this is why we have the success rates we do. Many coaches just teach techniques. What I do is techniques and deep-level psychology. Those two factors combined create the unprecedented success that all my guys get. Who do the work? You might be wondering, well, what's that one dude out of 20 who doesn't get the success? He's the dude who gives up, stops showing up, even though we follow up with them and fucking blow up his phone like, hey, bro, where were you last night? Hey, bro, where's the homework?

Why aren't you doing your opens? Hey, dude, the pixel on your NLP is showing me you're not doing it. Like, what the fuck's going on? You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. Not completely. Although I do have some really deep NLP psychological tricks to instill motivation and get these dudes to act, which is exactly why I have a 95% success rate. Think about that. 95% is un-fucking-real compared to what most coaches get, which is literally like 25%. It's that NLP, man. It is fucking magic, and I would love to show you the magic and true power of this program.

Put in your application right now. Let's you and I talk. There's no pressure. I just want to see if I can help you, and if I can, buy the bulk pack of condoms. You're about to need them. No more dick being so dry it's going to audition for the next movie of Dune. Not for my clients, boys. I turn my guys into girl magnets, and I want to do that with you too. Gentlemen, I super appreciate you listening. As a reminder, I draw a podcast on Mondays and Thursdays, so please stay tuned for the next one, and I will see you in the next episode.
