You are born with perfect self-esteem and somebody or something came along during your life and completely fucked that up. Boys, I have true compassion for the bullshit that you've been through and I know each and every single one of you has been through absolute fucking hell. Hating yourself, ripping on yourself, being very negative towards yourself is nothing but detrimental bullshit. So in today's podcast, I am going to teach you my argument as to why I believe that you should love yourself again. Because loving yourself is the key to happiness.

It's the key to peace. And yes, boys, it's the key to getting women attracted to you. The Unapologetic Man Podcast. What is up, you champions? Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the UMP. I super appreciate you. And today, boys, we're going to talk about how to love yourself again. Kind of interesting that I put again in the title. And when I roll out my argument to you, the again part is going to be very important. A recent extremely advanced AI model was asked, what are the chances that this whole thing is just random?

What are the chances that life is random? What are the chances that earth is random? What are the chances that a human eyeball can be created through just random chance? And AI came back and said, it is absolutely zero. It is impossible for all this to be completely random. Now, whether or not that's true, obviously, that's the argument, right? Like, what's the purpose of life? But this is going to be the basis of my argument. You guys may know that I believe that there's a higher power.

I believe that there's a purpose to this fucking shit show. And maybe a lot of you guys are giggling right now because it is a shit show. This is difficult. It's tough. It's a challenge. Nobody can argue against that. And that's going to be the premise of my argument that there is a purpose for this. There's a reason we are here. And one of the biggest reasons you're here, brother, is to learn how to love yourself again. So in my argument, I'm going to base that off of what I believe to be the purpose of life.

Now, if you're very scientific, which about 10% of you are, based on statistics, 80% to 90% of people believe there's some kind of purpose to this. There's a God. There's an afterlife. Most people believe that. But if you think it's just random chance, if you think that this is just a rock floating through space, and somehow through random chance, atoms became molecules, became cells, became simple life forms, and then eventually evolved to human life, that's fine. You can believe that. I will still probably be able to convince you that loving yourself again is likely the best decision for you.

And you probably clicked into this because you already agree. Hating yourself, ripping on yourself, being very negative towards yourself is nothing but detrimental bullshit. So in today's podcast, I am going to teach you my argument as to why I believe that you should love yourself again. And I am going to base it off some spiritual philosophy. But again, if you're not spiritual, we can still make the argument based on purely scientific data. So first and foremost, boys, I believe wholeheartedly that we came into this life fallible, and we did so on purpose.

We all have flaws. Nobody can argue against that. Even you scientifically minded individuals, we all have flaws. We all make mistakes. None of us are perfect. None of us are. What's the purpose of that? Why, if there is purpose behind this, or even if there's not, why is it that we're fallible? Well, in my opinion, it's to overcome those things that we hate about ourselves. One of the biggest purposes of life, says the masters, and I'm talking enlightened masters, even Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, any religious texts you look into, but in my opinion, more importantly, the near-death experiences, as well as people who have achieved a higher level of consciousness, all say that one of the biggest purposes of life is to love yourself despite your flaws, and it's one of the hardest things to do.

You guys know this. You know that it's easy to hate yourself. You know that it's easy to criticize yourself, to be really hard on yourself. If a friend treated some of you guys the way that you treat yourself, you would get rid of that friend immediately. Yet, why is it that we justify hating ourselves? And when I said again in the title, that points to the fact that when you were a kid, brother, you did not hate yourself, did you? Think back to that little boy when he was three years old, so innocent, so full of life, so ready to take on the world.

And then some bullshit happened, usually perpetuated by other people, which I'm going to get into in a second, and he started insulting himself. Here's something I can guarantee you. You were born with perfect self-esteem. You were born loving life. You were born loving yourself. You were born full of potential and full of awe and wonder. And somebody or something came along during your life and completely fucked that up. Now, it's easy to get bitter. It's easy to get pissed off. But in my opinion, that's the whole purpose, boys.

We chose to come into this game in order for that very thing to happen. We chose to come in with perfect self-esteem, with love in our hearts, with our hearts on our sleeve. And then society, parents, siblings, friends, whatever it is, we're destined to come around and F that up. So if you are insulting yourself, if you are not loving yourself, first of all, that's the point. The purpose of the world is not within the world. The purpose of the world is in overcoming the world, which was said by a great master.

And I completely believe that's true. In my opinion, the purpose of Earth, the purpose of life here on Earth is to experience what we are not so we can wake up to what we really are. Because if you're light, if you're love, if you're all power and all knowledge, how will you be able to know yourself unless you've experienced the opposite? And that, again, is why I believe we're here, to come into this incarnation, to experience what we are not, such as hating yourself, such as not loving yourself.

Because on the other side, you're pure love. You know that you are love. You know that you love yourself. You are a powerful fucking soul, a powerful creator. Yes, a piece of God himself. You come down to this shithole called Earth, and I say that with some sarcasm. You come down here and you limit yourself. You believe that you're separate from others. You believe that you're not enough or you're not worthy of love. Think about this, boys. This is really cool. Here you are a massively powerful creator.

And once again, there's so much evidence for this. I'm not going to lay it all out on this episode, but there's so much evidence for this. Mostly corroborated by people who have achieved enlightenment, which ultimately is what we'd all like to achieve. They have all said, you are a very powerful creator. You are literally a piece of God who has come into this world and incarnated and chosen to forget so that you can experience the opposite of what you are. Limitation, imperfection, and even fear, which is the opposite of love.

So think about this. You come into this incarnation, this powerful soul that you are, so big that you not only fill up a room, you fill up the entire universe. Squeeze yourself into this little individuation of a body. Choose to forget who you truly are and then start hating yourself and not loving yourself. What an amazing trick we play on ourselves just so that we can experience, and experience is the operative word here, what we are not so we can wake up to what we really are, which will either happen when you pass away and you go to the other side.

Guys, I have watched literally hundreds of hours of near-death experiences. I am 100% convinced that they are true. Just based on the fact that, like, dude will float up out of his body, go into a different room in the hospital, and report back what they were talking about. And you'll be like, yeah, and you were wearing this and this, and you went and bought a Snickers. And I was surprised you bought a Snickers because you're still health conscious. But you bought a Snickers, and you guys were all crying, and I'm sitting there being like, dude, I'm here.

I'm fine. I feel great. And then I went to the other side, and I was told all these secrets, and then I came back into my body, and here I am today. And, like, every single person who has had these experiences just becomes so full of love and positivity and hope, complete faith that everything is fine. And if you can believe that, too, as I do, everything's fine, boys. This is all a simulation. We are literally in the matrix experiencing what we are not so we can wake up to what we are, which is what all the enlightened masters say.

So you come into this body, you choose to be limited, then your dad, your mom, whoever it is, rips on you a little bit, says, oh, you're stupid. Or maybe a coach says, man, you're not really good at sports. Or maybe you're short and from a different ethnicity, and you don't look the way you wish you did. And some girl says to you, ew, I would never date you because you're whatever, Indian, black, Asian, even white. Whatever it is your issues are, probably given to you before you can defend yourself.

So you're this hugely powerful soul. You squeeze yourself into this little body, choose to forget what you really are, become limited, and then you stop loving yourself. Well, that's the point. You have to stop loving yourself before you can wake up and start loving yourself again. That's the whole reason you're here. So first and foremost, boys, forgive yourself if you don't love yourself, but it's time to overcome that and wake up to what you really are. And if we need to do it through a non-philosophical way, that's fine with me because I'm going to rationalize to you why you should love yourself.

First of all, as I just said, we understand that this is a goddamn shit show. It's extremely difficult, and all of us boys, including me, have things about myself and have things about life that I don't like. And it's very easy to become negative and to insult yourself, to take on the metaprograms of others, perhaps your dad or your mom who told you you weren't enough, and just hit print and keep repeating the same results. You're right, I'm not enough. You're right, I'm not worthy of love.

And what's going to happen? Again, you're a powerful creator. Here's how it works. First, you think of the picture. Then you paint the picture. Then you step inside of it. So if you're telling yourself you're not enough or you're not worthy of love, you're going to get those results. More evidence to corroborate your creation. Now, again, this is all meant to be, so you're good. If this is where you're at, you're good. But it's time to wake up to it, realize it, and begin the fun part of the process.

Because your soul, as powerful as it is, it wants to wake up back to what it is. You only have to experience what you're not for so long. How long is that? Exactly how long you choose. And how do I know this is meant to be? Because this is the way it is. Every single one of us are dealing with this shit show. Just look at anybody in your life. Their life is fucking hard. And so is yours. But it's time to rise above the trick.

It's time to see the illusion. It's time to see through the smoke and mirrors. The trick that you've played on yourself, causing yourself to purposely forget why you're here, it's time to wake up to that. And hopefully, this episode will help you do that. And understand that not loving yourself, ripping on yourself, believing that you're not worthy of love or whatever it is that you're dealing with, is doing nothing but holding you back. So you understand that, first of all, I was supposed to not love myself.

Secondly, what I'm believing about myself is other people's bullshit. Probably my dad's or my mom's, but maybe your brother, a coach, a girl in elementary school, whoever it is for you. And I know every single one of you guys have somebody who said this thing to you and you bought into their frame. I teach endlessly on my podcast, as well as my three-month coaching program, Frame Control, which means you choose to see how reality is. What you've done, if you believe you're not enough or not worthy of love, is you've bought into somebody else's frame, haven't you?

Why'd you do that, bro? Why are you still doing that? Can you honestly tell me that the thing your dad said to you in, like, 1996 is still sticking in your brain? Or even you younger bucks, that thing that girl did to you in elementary school in whatever, 2006, you're still hitting print on that printer? Why, dude? Fucking drop that shit. You know through experience, and this has nothing to do with spirituality if you don't want it to, you know from experience that you hating on yourself, you feeling not worthy of love, you feeling not enough, ends in nothing but bullshit.

Even if you're not enough, even if you're the most scientific, atheist motherfucker out there, you know that it does nothing positive for you. There's enough evidence there, wouldn't you agree? Well, now that you've experienced the opposite of what you are, which is love, it's time to choose what you are and wake up. Let's go to the party. Let's go to the feast. Let's enjoy this shit. And that happens when you wake up to the fact that you are love, you are powerful, you are a divine creation who is creating his reality via his thoughts, actions, and words.

So, it comes down to a simple choice. No matter what happens, I will no longer shoot myself in the foot with negative self-talk and refusing to love myself. Have compassion for that three-year-old little boy who is so full of love and so full of hope before somebody else came and effed him up, before he could defend himself from it. Have compassion for that little guy. Look at him as if he's sitting across the room from you in a chair, which is an NLP technique that we use.

Look at that little boy. Picture him in your mind as clearly as possible and send him love and tell him, it's not your fault, little buddy. You are supposed to come in and experience this. And even for your atheists out there, how do we know you're supposed to experience this? Because that's what's happening. It's the reality. You cannot argue against it. It's simply how it is, and we understand that it creates nothing but negative results. So, the time has come to take your power back, choose to no longer believe in that bullshit, and begin loving yourself again.

Because, brother, you have been through so much. This is a shit show. As I said earlier in the episode, there is so much that goes wrong. There's so much hate. There's so much ego. There's people stabbing each other in the back. There's so much negativity in this world, which is supposed to be here, because, again, we have to experience the opposite before we can wake up to what we truly are. But there's so much negativity. All you guys have been through war. And this is part of the reason I'm a successful coach is because I care about my boys.

I have true compassion for the bullshit that you've been through. And I know each and every single one of you has been through absolute fucking hell. Every person I talk to in my coaching program, every NLP protocol I create for my brothers who have been in the trenches, who have been face down in the fucking mud with society and evil people pushing their face deep into the mud until they suffocate. I see it day after day after day, and I know it's true for you, too, brother.

And I have compassion for you. I'm sending you love. But the time has come to no longer buy into that bullshit. Have compassion for yourself. Understand that you chose to be fallible, and none of us are perfect. And just love yourself because that's what you deserve. That's what that little three-year-old boy deserves. He deserves your love. He deserves your respect. He deserves your compassion. And the same soul that was in that little boy, the same hope, the same dreams are in you today. How mean are you to yourself, brother?

Why are you treating yourself like that? This is a hard fucking challenge. And for those of you who have tons of limitations, like, say, you're fat. Maybe you're a little bit ugly. You have an ethnicity that isn't as attractive as, say, other ethnicities in your mind. I even respect you more because, based on my own philosophy, you chose that body. Why did you choose that? Because you're one strong motherfucker. You are a strong, powerful warrior soul. It is said in so many near-death experiences that when you go to the other side from Earth, people are in, like, in awe of you because there's an infinity amount of souls.

And people are like, dude, you went to Earth? Whoa, man, you're a warrior. They compare us to people who, like, climb Everest or, like, skydive out of hot air balloons that are in the upper atmosphere. That's how gnarly it is to come to this world. And if you're ugly or you have an ethnicity that isn't attractive or you have some, like, mental challenge, like you stutter or you have some sort of form of autism, dude, you're even more of a warrior. You're, like, delta force up in this motherfucker.

And here you are insulting yourself. Here you are thinking that girl is too good for you. Brothers, you are the top elite tip of the spear warrior class that incarnates into this fucking shithole called Earth that has a lot of challenges. It has a lot of good things, too. Don't get it twisted. But I'm trying to illustrate to you how hard this is and still you insult yourself. Look at that three-year-old little boy. See how much hope and aspirations and how much love he has in his heart.

See all the people that came along and heard him, which is the purpose, and rise above that shit. Don't buy into their meta programs. Don't buy into their frame. Love yourself again. Have compassion for yourself because you have been through war and you are still here. You're still in the trenches fighting. You're not giving up. You're not throwing in the towel. You keep slogging forward for that, brother. Wouldn't you agree that you deserve your self-respect? I think the world of you, man, even if you're just listening to this podcast, but especially guys who invest in themselves either with my master classes or my three-month coaching program, I say to these guys all the time, I am in awe of you.

The shit that you've been through, the hell that you fought, the war that has dropped on your head, and yet you keep going. That alone is worthy of your self-love. And if you can't get over that, you need to get intrusive with NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming, which is exactly what I do in my three-month coaching program. We go after belief systems. I'm not enough. I'm not worthy of love. Hot girls are too good for me. My ethnicity is unattractive. I am ugly. I'm not charismatic. I don't know how to carry on a conversation.

All that shit is just belief systems. I guarantee each and every single one of you can carry on a conversation with your best friend or somebody you feel comfortable with. The fact isn't that you're not charismatic or witty. The fact is you're intimidated by this girl because you don't love yourself. When you love yourself, women will love you too. And it can either be a simple decision or it can be an intrusive bet on yourself where you put all the chips down and you say, motherfucker, I'm going to stop hating myself.

Because yes, I chose to forget. I came into this difficult world, making it even more difficult on myself with the experiences that manifested. I bought into other people's bullshit and now I'm choosing a new path. I'm going to walk further than those who have walked all over me. I am going to choose self-inherence and freedom, which I know comes from within. I am going to choose to love myself again as I did when I was three years old. And that is your birthright, gentlemen. That is why you're here.

So choose the higher path. Rise above all the bullshit that you've been through and wake up to what you really are, which is a powerful creator who chose to play a trick on himself. And now you're waking up to that fact. And boy, does it feel good. And guys, if you can't just choose to love yourself, if even after having compassion for the little you who was shit on through his whole life, who has these flaws, and instead of being proud of them, you're insulting yourself for them, come into my program.

Let me help you. Let me remap your brain so you can finally love yourself again. Because loving yourself is the key to happiness. It's the key to peace. And yes, boys, it's the key to getting women attracted to you. When you accept yourself as if you chose exactly how you are, which by the way you did, women will love you too. I don't care what your ethnicity is. I don't care how tall you are, how fat you are, how bald you are, how much that pimple on the tip of your nose looks horrible when you just dwell on it in the mirror and insult yourself time and time again, even though you chose it.

I don't care what your limitations are. Women will get attracted to you when you fall in love with yourself. And boys, that is one of the biggest purposes of being here on this earth. First of all, to experience what we are not so we can wake up to what we are. And secondly, learning to love yourself despite all your flaws. Then you're going to go back on the other side and be like, damn, dude, that was an adventure. That was like hiking Mount Everest without oxygen.

And everyone's going to be like, damn, bro, you went to earth? Holy crap, dude, you are a brave soul. And you are, brothers. You are. You are warriors. I respect you. I have compassion for you. And boys, I hope you don't mind me saying I love you. And I want you to love yourself too. Hopefully this episode has helped you, boys. As you go through your day today, I kind of think about what I was saying. Why am I buying into other people's frames? Why am I buying into what my dad or my grandma said to me?

Why is it that I'm hitting print on a printer that's spitting out the same results that I have proven time and time again aren't positive? Me hating myself isn't getting me laid. It's probably not getting me the money I want. It's definitely not getting me the happiness I want. So why am I doing this? It's pretty stupid, isn't it? Let's drop that shit and even try. Just try to love yourself for the day. Look yourself in the mirror and say, I love you, man. I'm proud of you.

You've been through absolute hell. You've been through war, dude. Nobody can deny that. Wow. And you keep going. You haven't given up yet. Jesus, you're strong, man. And I respect that. And I love you. If you could look yourself in the mirror, in the eyes, and say without looking away, I love you, man. That's the fucking level. I want all you guys to try that tonight because you deserve your love. All right, gentlemen. I super appreciate you listening. I drop podcasts on Mondays and Thursdays. So please stay tuned for the next one.

And I will see you in the next episode. What is up, brother? Just wanted to thank you sincerely for watching this episode.
